FULFILLMENT POLICY
Selfmastered, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Selfmastered,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) are committed to providing exceptional coaching and digital services to support entrepreneurs in achieving peak performance. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and service delivery to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
Refund Policy
We endeavor to deliver transformative coaching services and programs. However, we recognize that circumstances may arise requiring a refund request. Refunds are governed by the following terms:
One-on-One Coaching Packages:
Refunds are not available once coaching sessions have commenced. Unused sessions within a package may be credited toward future programs if a request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Group Coaching and Workshops:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the start date. Cancellations within 2 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Digital Products and Courses:
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.Requests must include evidence of engagement, such as completed worksheets or assignments.
Request Process:
To request a refund, please submit a written request to support@selfmastered.com, including your order details and a concise explanation of your request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with this policy and fairness to all parties.
Delivery Policy
We ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products and services as follows:
Digital Access: Digital programs and materials are delivered immediately upon purchase via email or the Selfmastered portal.
Live Coaching Sessions: Scheduled sessions are conducted via Zoom. Access links and details are sent 24-48 hours before the session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We strive to accommodate scheduling changes while maintaining the integrity of our commitments:
One-on-One Coaching: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session or missed sessions will be considered forfeited. Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the first session are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Group Coaching, Workshops, and Events: Cancellations are eligible for a full refund if submitted at least 2 days prior to the start date. Late cancellations (within 2 days of the start date) or no-shows are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Due to the non-tangible and personalized nature of coaching services, returns are not applicable. If you encounter challenges or dissatisfaction, we encourage you to contact us at
